Each annamrita kitchen is equipped with the best technology to aid bulk cooking, including heavy-weight vegetable-cutting, potato-peeling machines, steam cookers for fuel efficiency that also retain 100% of nutrients and an eco friendly infrastructure.
The khichdi is prepared with the highest standards of hygiene and quality ingredients that meet the nutritional requirements of growing children. But most importantly, IFRF mixes a secret ingredient to the khichdi it serves – love, devotion and compassion that adds an unparallel taste of purity making it the only food that satiates the stomach, mind and soul alike.
We make optimum use of the water softener and purification plant, electronic weighing scales, custom built stainless steel refrigerators, high speed potato peelers, vegetable cubing and dicing machine and culinary steam generators. The double jacketed stainless steel cauldrons each have a capacity to cook 300 Kgs of khichdi in 45 minutes.
At IFRF, we employ specially designed containers and conveyor systems to facilitate nutritious cooking. We not only have 95 vehicles fitted with racks but the drainage system is also granite lined with a stainless steel grid terminating in grease chamber with a stainless steel drain bucket.
The ventilation system is designed to clear the atmosphere and replace the entire 25,000 cubic feet of air in the kitchen in just 60 seconds. The recipe is computerized and the quantities of ingredients are programmed. It is the blend of technology and the spiritual atmosphere in our kitchens that go into making a sumptuous meal.
